Gala Dinner

The gala dinner ofthe congress will be held in the grand ballroom of the Jingshi Hotel. Twenty tables will be set for this Chinese style banquet. Each table will seat 10,making room for 200 attendees. The gala dinner will include both delicious Chinese and Western cuisines. Special requirements will be accommodated. Guests will also enjoy wonderful art performances with a distinctively Chinese flair,such as Beijing opera, Chinese musical instruments performances, Chinese folk dances Etc. All the performer are the students from Beijing Normal University and Minzu University of China.

Welcome Reception

Location:Qiu Ji Duan Gymnasium 

The Welcome Reception of the congress will be held in Qiu Ji Duan Gymnasium in Beijing Normal University. The Welcome Reception is open to all participants and the cost is included in conference fee. At the Welcome Reception, you will get to enjoy delicious cuisines and our fantastic performances such as Chinese musical instruments performances, Chinese folk dances and other performances given by Beijing Normal University students. Special dietary requirements will be accommodated. 

Institutional Reception

The XVI World Congress of Comparative Education Societies will be held from 22 to 26 August2022 in Beijing, China. This World Congress will attract more than 1,000 international and domestic delegates. Over 200 companies and organizations will be expected to attend this biggest comparative education event in the world.

If your institution intends to host a reception or meeting during the conference and would like to utilize space in Beijing Normal University, please be aware the process for reserving the space. We kindly provide you two reception halls, the one is in Jingshi Hotel, and the other one is in Holiday Inn Hotel. But we don’t organize the institutional receptions. 1.Experimental Primary School （Attached to Beijing Normal University）

The Experimental Primary School Attached to Beijing Normal University was established in 1958. At present, the school has more than 1700 students and 120 staff members.
