(d) The pre-charged conference fees (including registration, gala dinner and school visit) are non refundable, while it could be transferred to the other participants for conference use;

(e) Only CNY is accepted in the on-site registration, and other currencies are not available.

Participants and students from low-income countries will benefit from discounted registration fees. They will receive a discount of up to 50%. When seeking a discounted rate, please be sure to include proof or verification of status.Please note that the discount applies to registration fees only, and does not apply to other WCCES products and services.
